Job Title: School Administrator / Coordinator

Location: Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Starting from ₹30,000 per month
Shift: Day Shift
Work Mode: In-Person

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Administrator / Coordinator to join our institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, managing parent and staff interactions, handling admissions, and supporting the school management in administrative and HR-related functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee visitor and parent interactions during school hours.

  • Address and resolve concerns raised by parents and staff professionally.

  • Supervise and coordinate the admissions process efficiently.

  • Assist in recruitment processes and maintain HR documentation and protocols.

  • Collect and respond to parent feedback constructively.

  • Monitor daily staff task reports and review individual performance.

  • Report regularly to the school management and ensure timely follow-ups on delegated tasks.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Postgraduate or equivalent.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role (Administrator / Manager / Coordinator / Head Mistress) in a school or reputed organization.

  • Skills Required:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

    • Proficient in computer operations and documentation

    • Customer-oriented mindset with a professional attitude

Additional Requirements:

  • Candidate must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh before joining.
