Other Responsibilities –
1. Cash Loading and Replenishment:
- Cash Loading: Safely transport and load cash into ATMs according to scheduled routes and timelines.
- Replenishment: Ensure that ATMs are stocked with the correct denominations of cash to meet customer demand.
2. Security and Compliance:
- Adherence to Security Protocols: Follow strict security protocols during cash transportation, loading, and unloading to prevent theft or loss.
- Surveillance Monitoring: Constantly monitor surroundings for any suspicious activities while handling cash.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
3. Cash Handling and Management:
- Cash Accountability: Accurately count and verify cash amounts before and after filling ATMs to maintain accountability.
- Cash Collection: Retrieve and securely transport deposited funds from ATMs to designated locations.
- Deposit and Withdrawal Recording: Keep detailed records of cash deposits and withdrawals for reporting and auditing purposes.
4. Maintenance and Reporting:
- ATM Inspection: Regularly inspect ATMs for functionality, cleanliness, and damage, and report any issues to the maintenance team.
- Fault Reporting: Report any malfunctions, discrepancies, or security concerns to the appropriate authorities immediately.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of all cash-handling activities, including ATM service reports, cash receipts, and delivery notes.
5. Customer Service:
- Service Requests: Respond to ATM service requests promptly, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.
- Interaction with Bank Personnel: Coordinate with bank personnel or third-party vendors to address any issues or concerns related to ATM operations.
6. Safety Procedures:
- Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond appropriately in the event of a security breach or emergency situation.
- Vehicle Safety: Ensure that the cash transport vehicle is securely locked, maintained, and equipped with necessary safety measures during transit.
7. Coordination and Communication:
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure the smooth and secure handling of cash operations.
- Reporting to Supervisors: Provide regular updates and reports to supervisors on ATM statuses, cash levels, and any incidents.
8. Compliance with Legal and Organizational Standards:
- Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information related to cash operations and security protocols.
- Audit Preparedness: Ensure all activities are auditable, and records are maintained for internal and external audits.
