Position: Branch Manager

Role Overview
As a Branch Manager, you will lead a team of sales professionals in driving business growth for the direct sales channel. Your primary responsibility will include achieving branch sales targets, recruiting and mentoring a high-performing team, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Drive branch-level sales targets for life insurance products through the direct channel.
- Implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals.
- Monitor and optimize sales performance by analyzing key metrics.
- Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Relationship Managers (RMs).
- Provide ongoing mentoring and guidance to ensure team productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective measures when necessary.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Ensure exceptional customer service delivery by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Promote cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Business Development:
- Identify new market opportunities and execute branch-level sales campaigns.
- Drive lead generation activities and convert potential customers into policyholders.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement customer acquisition strategies.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Conduct audits to ensure adherence to operational and compliance guidelines.
Skills and Competencies Required
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products and the direct sales channel.
- Proven team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in life insurance, with 1-2 years in a team-handling role in direct sales.
- Age Limit: 25-40 years preferred.
