Key Responsibilities:

Financial Investment: Provide capital for the business to support product development, marketing, operations, and scaling efforts.
Strategic Advice: Offer guidance on business strategy, market expansion, and operational efficiency to help drive growth and profitability.
Business Development: Assist in identifying new market opportunities, establishing key partnerships, and developing a customer acquisition strategy.
Networking & Relationships: Leverage your industry contacts to support business development and open doors for new opportunities, clients, and partners.
Mentorship & Expertise: Provide mentorship, particularly in areas where you have specialized knowledge or experience (e.g., finance, marketing, tech).

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in tech startups, or business management.
Strong the tech industry and trends in [specific area of focus, e.g., SaaS, AI, mobile apps, etc.].
Solid experience in business strategy, fundraising, or growing startups.
A network of relevant business contacts in the software/technology sector.
