Responsibilities –
A Credit Card Sales Executive at Bank of Baroda is responsible for promoting and selling the bank’s credit card products. Their key responsibilities include:
- Customer Acquisition: Identifying potential customers through various channels such as retail branches, field visits, corporate tie-ups, and online platforms, to promote and sell Bank of Baroda credit cards.
- Product Knowledge: Thoroughly understanding the features, benefits, and terms of all Bank of Baroda credit cards to effectively explain and recommend the best options to prospective customers based on their financial needs.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets by actively promoting credit card products, closing sales, and following up with potential leads to convert them into customers.
- Customer Interaction: Engaging with customers to understand their financial requirements, addressing their queries, and resolving any concerns related to credit card products.
- Documentation and Compliance: Ensuring accurate completion and submission of customer applications and supporting documents, adhering to the bank’s compliance policies and regulatory requirements.
- Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided, and encouraging long-term loyalty to the bank.
- Market Feedback: Collecting customer feedback and providing insights to the bank’s management on product improvements, market trends, and customer preferences.
