💼 Job Role:
Join IT Brisk’s growing team as a Customer Support Associate (CSA) for non-voice US technical chat support. Ideal for candidates with prior BPO experience who want to build a stable career with a top tech support process.


🎯 Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: 12th Pass to Graduate

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 1 year of BPO experience in Voice or Chat support

    • Freshers are not eligible

  • Shift: 24×7 Rotational Shifts (Night shift included)

  • Weekly Offs: 2 rotational week offs

  • Transport: 2-Way Cab provided


💰 Salary & Benefits:

  • CTC: Up to ₹3.6 LPA

  • Take-Home Salary: Up to ₹25,600/month

  • Salary Hike: Up to 30% hike on previous take-home (subject to eligibility)

  • Additional Benefits: Cab facility, shift allowance, stable US process
