Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery & Curriculum Implementation

  • Conduct training sessions as per the NSQF-aligned syllabus for Customer Care Executive.
  • Teach soft skills, customer handling techniques, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Train students on handling customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Deliver theoretical and practical knowledge using case studies, role-plays, and real-life scenarios.
  • Ensure students understand voice & non-voice processes, CRM software, and telecalling etiquette.

2. Student Assessment & Skill Development

  • Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and practical evaluations to track progress.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to weaker students and help them improve.
  • Identify individual strengths and weaknesses and tailor training accordingly.
  • Ensure students are industry-ready by focusing on confidence-building, pronunciation, and active listening skills.

3. Placement Readiness & Soft Skills Training

  • Train students in resume writing, interview skills, and professional grooming.
  • Conduct mock interviews and role-playing exercises to enhance communication skills.
  • Teach email etiquette, phone etiquette, and workplace professionalism.
  • Assist in preparing students for job interviews and employer expectations.

4. Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain attendance records, student progress reports, and assessment sheets.
  • Ensure training is conducted as per DDU-GKY guidelines and NSQF (National Skills Qualification Framework) standards.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on training activities.
  • Support in audit and compliance checks conducted by project monitoring authorities.

5. Industry Collaboration & Exposure

  • Organize guest lectures and industry expert sessions to provide industry insights.
  • Arrange field visits and on-the-job training (OJT) opportunities for students.
  • Keep students updated with current industry trends and technological advancements.

6. Student Motivation & Retention

  • Encourage students to complete the training and prevent dropouts.
  • Conduct motivational sessions and career counseling to keep students engaged.
  • Address student concerns and provide necessary guidance and mentorship.

7. Coordination with Placement & Center Teams

  • Work closely with the Center Manager and Placement Officer to align training with job requirements.
  • Provide feedback on student performance to placement teams.
  • Ensure students meet the required competency levels before placement interviews.

8. Safety, Ethics, and Discipline

  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for students.
  • Teach students about ethical workplace behavior, teamwork, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure students follow professional discipline and work ethics.
