  • Group Facilitation:
  • Guide and facilitate group discussions, meetings, workshops, and activities.
  • Encourage participation and create an inclusive, open environment where all voices are heard.
  • Manage group dynamics to ensure healthy interactions and balanced contributions.
  • Use effective communication and problem-solving techniques to guide the group toward achieving goals.
  • Planning and Preparation:
  • Plan and structure sessions, workshops, or meetings to meet specific goals or objectives.
  • Prepare necessary materials, presentations, and resources needed for group activities or sessions.
  • Coordinate logistics and ensure all equipment or technology is in place for smooth operation.
  • Goal Setting and Tracking:
  • Collaborate with participants or stakeholders to define clear goals or outcomes for sessions.
  • Set timelines, define expectations, and help ensure that goals are met within the given timeframe.
  • Track progress and outcomes during and after the session to ensure objectives are accomplished.
  • Conflict Resolution:
  • Address conflicts or disagreements within the group constructively, ensuring a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Facilitate conversations to resolve misunderstandings and help the group move forward.
  • Feedback and Evaluation:
  • Collect feedback from participants to evaluate the effectiveness of the session or meeting.
  • Make adjustments and improvements to future sessions based on feedback.
  • Provide constructive feedback to participants to encourage growth and improvement.
  • Knowledge Transfer and Education:
  • Share relevant knowledge, tools, or techniques that will help participants achieve the desired outcomes.
  • Educate the group on any necessary concepts, processes, or frameworks to improve their understanding.
  • Motivation and Engagement:
  • Keep participants engaged, energized, and motivated throughout the session.
  • Use engaging activities, exercises, or icebreakers to keep the group focused and interactive.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Document key points, ideas, decisions, and actions that arise from discussions or workshops.
  • Provide reports or summaries of sessions to stakeholders or leadership as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on best practices, techniques, and trends in facilitation.
  • Seek continuous feedback and professional development opportunities to improve facilitation skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education:
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as communication, education, psychology, business, or social sciences) is typically preferred.
  • Certifications in facilitation, conflict resolution, or leadership development may be an advantage.
  • Experience:
  • 2-5 years of experience in facilitating groups, workshops, meetings, or training sessions, depending on the nature of the role.
  • Experience in specific areas such as corporate training, team-building, community outreach, or educational facilitation is beneficial.
  • Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Active listening and empathy to understand participants’ needs and concerns.
  • Conflict management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt and manage different group dynamics.
  • Organizational and time management skills to keep sessions on track.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle unexpected situations or challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,309.42 – ₹25,807.63 per month
