Field Supervisor
Role & Responsibility
- Daily to Daily visit in gwalior Rural areas’ ( Like Bhind , Morena, Datia , Dabra , Ashok Nagar, Shivpuri and meet client or Parshad, and visit to Govt Offices and meet govt officers and resolve office internal & external problem at your self
- Communication Skills:Â Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Supervision and Coordination:Â Directing and coordinating the activities of field staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Problem Solving:Â Identifying and addressing any issues that arise during project execution
- Communication:Â Communicating with management and field staff to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and progress.
Preferred Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
