Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospitality establishment.

  • Ensure all departments (housekeeping, front desk, food & beverage, etc.) run smoothly.

  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality and efficiency.

2. Customer Service Excellence

  • Ensure top-notch guest experiences and handle customer complaints professionally.

  • Train staff on customer service skills, conflict resolution, and hospitality etiquette.

  • Monitor guest feedback and work on continuous service improvements.

3. Staff Supervision and Training

  • Recruit, train, and supervise employees across different departments.

  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and improvements.

  • Motivate and ensure employees adhere to company standards and policies.

4. Financial Management

  • Prepare budgets, manage expenses, and control costs to maximize profitability.

  • Monitor revenue streams such as room bookings, food & beverage, and events.

  • Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions to increase revenue.

5. Marketing and Business Development

  • Work on marketing strategies to attract more customers and boost brand visibility.

  • Collaborate with travel agencies, online booking platforms, and corporate clients.

  • Organize promotional events, loyalty programs, and special offers to increase sales.

6. Facility Management

  • Ensure the hotel, restaurant, or resort is well-maintained and adheres to safety standards.

  • Supervise housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.

  • Monitor inventory levels for hotel amenities, food supplies, and other essentials.

7. Compliance and Safety Regulations

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor laws.

  • Implement food safety and hygiene protocols as per industry standards.

  • Maintain security measures to protect guests and employees.

8. Event Planning and Management

  • Organize corporate meetings, weddings, and other special events.

  • Coordinate with vendors, decorators, and catering services.

  • Ensure smooth execution of events with attention to detail.
