  • Identify potential customers: Use cold calling, email campaigns, and online research to find new prospects
  • Understand customer needs: Learn about the customer’s business and how IT can help
  • Demonstrate products: Prepare and present product demonstrations and sales literature
  • Negotiate deals: Negotiate contracts and discounts with clients
