Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai
CTC: Up to ₹9 LPA

Role Overview

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNI) and key clients. Leveraging your wealth management background, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting life insurance solutions tailored to meet the financial goals of our clients.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
    • Identify, acquire, and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNI).
    • Manage a portfolio of key accounts to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Act as a trusted financial advisor, providing clients with customized insurance solutions.
  2. Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Leverage wealth management expertise to offer suitable life insurance products.
    • Drive business growth by cross-selling and up-selling to existing clients.
    • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and convert leads into successful closures.
  3. Customer-Centric Advisory:
    • Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend suitable life insurance products.
    • Provide transparent and comprehensive product details to clients.
    • Address client queries, ensure timely servicing, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  4. Market Research and Networking:
    • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
    • Build a strong network with wealth managers, financial planners, and other stakeholders for lead generation.
  5. Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements during sales processes.
    • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.

Skills and Competencies Required

  • Proven experience in wealth management or financial advisory.
  • Strong understanding of life insurance and financial products.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Target-driven with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Commerce/Management (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 3-6 years of experience in wealth management, insurance sales, or financial advisory roles.
  • Age Limit: 25-40 years.
