We Are Hiring: Maintenance Manager 🌟

Are you an experienced professional in equipment maintenance and passionate about driving operational excellence? Join our team at Khaitan Winding Wire Pvt Ltd as a Maintenance Manager!

Key Responsibilities:

🔧 Monitor and maintain critical equipment: DG, Transformers (33KV, 3500 KVA), Breakers (L&T), VCBs, Compressors, Cooling Towers, UPS, and plant machinery with PLC, HMI, and Drive control.
⚙ Lead installation & commissioning of production and facility equipment while optimizing process parameters.
📊 Ensure 90% machine uptime through preventive and corrective maintenance, tracking OEE, MTTR, and MTBF as per IATF standards.
🛠 Manage procurement of maintenance materials and develop spares to minimize breakdowns.
📋 Prepare ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 documentation, conduct audits, and ensure compliance.
🌟 Drive 5S implementation, housekeeping, and shop floor discipline in the maintenance area.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Applied Electronics & Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering or related field.
✅ 8–10 years of experience in maintenance management (preferably manufacturing).
✅ Strong technical expertise in PLC, HMI, and Drive controls.
✅ Proven knowledge of ISO standards and quality tools.
✅ Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills.
