Job Description
Qualification: Graduation+
Working Experience: Minimum 1 year in core field marketing.
Responsibilities :
1. On-Ground Marketing Campaigns:
- Event and Activation Management: Organize and execute on-ground marketing events, product demonstrations, promotions, and activations in public spaces, trade shows, retail outlets, or community events.
- Street Marketing: Engage in direct marketing efforts such as distributing flyers, brochures, and promotional materials to raise brand awareness.
- Sampling and Demonstrations: Conduct product sampling, demonstrations, and interactive sessions to educate potential customers about the brand and its offerings.
2. Brand Awareness and Visibility:
- Increase Brand Visibility: Use creative methods such as flash mobs, guerrilla marketing, or pop-up events to increase visibility and generate buzz around the brand.
- Manage Field Promotions: Oversee and implement field-level promotional activities, such as contests, giveaways, and discount offers.
- Local Partnerships: Build partnerships with local businesses, event organizers, or influencers to amplify marketing efforts and enhance brand exposure.
3. Market Research and Insights:
- Gather Market Data: Collect data and feedback directly from customers to understand their preferences, buying behaviors, and market trends.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct on-ground competitor analysis by observing their marketing strategies, pricing, promotions, and product offerings.
- Report Market Trends: Provide insights and feedback to the marketing team on how the brand is perceived in the field and suggest improvements.
4. Lead Generation and Customer Engagement:
- Customer Interaction: Engage directly with potential customers to generate interest in the product or service, answering their queries and educating them about the brand.
- Lead Generation: Collect customer data, including contact details and preferences, for follow-up by the sales or marketing team.
- Customer Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from customers during on-ground engagements and pass it on to the product or marketing team for improvements.
5. Relationship Building:
- Retailer and Distributor Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders to support product placement and promotions.

6. Event and Venue Coordination:

- Venue Management: Identify and book venues for events, ensuring that logistics such as signage, materials, and branding are in place.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all field activities comply with local regulations, permits, and guidelines.
7. Sales Support:
- Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts by generating leads, scheduling appointments, or providing insights on customer needs.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Assist the sales team in achieving regional or local sales targets by driving customer engagement through field marketing initiatives.
- Cross-Sell and Upsell Opportunities: Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling products based on customer needs and interests.
8. Reporting and Analytics:
- Track and Report Campaign Performance: Track the success of field marketing campaigns by measuring key metrics such as customer engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
- Provide Field Insights: Prepare and submit regular reports detailing the effectiveness of marketing activities, customer feedback, and competitor actions in the field.
- ROI Measurement: Measure the return on investment (ROI) of field marketing efforts and provide data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
9. Budget Management:
- Manage Field Marketing Budgets: Ensure that field marketing activities are conducted within the allocated budget, and report expenses to management.
- Negotiate Vendor Contracts: Negotiate with vendors for supplies, equipment, and promotional materials needed for events or activations.
10. Team Leadership and Coordination:
- Coordinate Field Teams: Manage and lead on-ground marketing teams, brand ambassadors, and promoters, ensuring they represent the brand accurately.
- Training and Development: Train on-ground staff and field marketers on brand values, product features, and effective customer engagement techniques.
