Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities of a Marketing Manager :

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies based on client needs.
  • Identify target audiences and market trends to craft effective campaigns.
  • Set goals, budgets, and KPIs for marketing campaigns.

2. Campaign Development & Execution

  • Work with creative teams to design ad campaigns (TV, digital, print, social media, etc.).
  • Ensure the message aligns with brand identity and client expectations.
  • Oversee content creation, including copywriting, graphics, and videos.

3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and industry trends.
  • Analyze competitors’ marketing strategies to stay ahead in the market.
  • Use data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their goals and expectations.
  • Present campaign ideas, marketing plans, and performance reports to clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.

5. Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Plan and manage online advertising strategies (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, and digital ad performance.
  • Optimize SEO, PPC, and content marketing efforts.

6. Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Manage a team of marketers, designers, content creators, and analysts.
  • Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Provide training and guidance to improve team performance.

7. Budgeting & ROI Analysis

  • Allocate marketing budgets effectively across different campaigns.
  • Track ROI (Return on Investment) and adjust strategies based on performance.
  • Prepare financial reports and justify expenditures.

8. Public Relations & Brand Building

  • Collaborate with PR teams to enhance brand reputation.
  • Organize promotional events, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations.
  • Manage crisis communication if any brand-related issue arises.
