🔎 Urgent Hiring – Mobilizer
Company: Matrix Clothing Pvt. Ltd.
Project: JSDMS (Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society)
Location: Palamu, Koderma, Latehar, Garhwa, Hazaribagh, Bokaro
Position: Mobilizer
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (Freshers with strong motivation can also apply)
No. of Positions: Multiple
🧩 Job Responsibilities:

Identify and mobilize youth from rural/urban areas for skill development training under the JSDMS project.

Conduct door-to-door visits, village meetings, and awareness drives.

Counsel candidates and their families about the training programs and employment opportunities.

Coordinate with Panchayats, local bodies, and community leaders to ensure participation.

Maintain regular reports and documentation.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
-
Graduation in any stream (Preference to those with background in Social Work, Rural Development, or related fields).

Good communication skills in Hindi and local dialects.

Basic computer knowledge and smartphone usage.
-
Strong knowledge of JSDMS scheme and Skill Ecosystem is highly preferred.

Candidates from the respective district will be given preference.
