Job Title: Operations Executive (Night Shift)

📍 Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh
🕒 Job Type: Full-Time | Shift: Night Shift | Working Days: 5 Days a Week
💰 Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹24,000 per month (plus performance bonus)
📅 Work Mode: In-Person

About the Role:

We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage and streamline our business operations during the night shift. The role involves data management, inventory tracking, performance analysis, and effective communication with clients. Key Responsibilities:

📦 Operational Management

  • Oversee daily business operations and ensure processes run smoothly.

  • Coordinate with teams to track inventory and manage workflow efficiency.

📊 Data Entry & Analysis

  • Maintain accurate data entry in systems.

  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

📞 Client Coordination

  • Communicate with clients to ensure expectations are met.

  • Handle inquiries and resolve operational issues quickly and professionally.

🧠 Process Improvement

  • Suggest and help implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.

  • Maintain documentation of procedures and process flows.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
🧾 Experience & Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Advanced MS Excel

  • Good data entry and data management skills

  • Analytical mindset with decision-making ability

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable with night shift operations
