Key Responsibilities:
🔗 Vendor Management:

Assist in identifying and onboarding new suppliers and manufacturers.

Coordinate with vendors for order placements, updates, and relationship management.
📦 Procurement Operations:

Create and manage purchase orders.

Track order confirmations, shipping status, and vendor invoices.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor details.
🧾 Inventory Coordination:

Work closely with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure product availability.

Monitor stock levels and alert for reorder requirements.
🛒 Marketplace Coordination:

Ensure stock availability and restocking for platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.

Collaborate with catalog and operations teams for smooth product flow.
💰 Cost Optimization:

Assist in price negotiation and sourcing analysis.

Evaluate vendor quotes and suggest cost-effective options.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or relevant fields.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
