Position Overview

As a Relationship Manager (Direct Channel), you will be responsible for driving sales and maintaining strong relationships with customers through direct interactions. This role focuses on building trust, understanding client needs, and ensuring a seamless experience in securing life insurance products.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Sales Generation:
    • Identify and acquire potential customers for life insurance products through the direct channel.
    • Convert leads into sales by offering tailored insurance solutions.
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  2. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
    • Provide regular updates and insights on product offerings, policy details, and benefits.
    • Assist customers with queries, policy servicing, renewals, and claims.
  3. Market Research and Lead Management:
    • Identify untapped market opportunities and generate a pipeline of potential leads.
    • Maintain and update a database of prospective and existing customers.
  4. Product Knowledge:
    • Stay updated with Shriram Life Insurance products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
    • Provide accurate and transparent product information to customers.
  5. Compliance and Documentation:
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines during sales processes.
    • Complete all required documentation, agreements, and applications accurately.
  6. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the internal teams to provide exceptional customer service.
    • Coordinate with underwriters, claim departments, and customer service teams as needed.

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in life insurance or financial services.
  • Age: 20-40 years.
