Qualification & Experience: Min. 6 months to 2 years experience in Soft Skills Training
Job Description:
Take care of End to end development of candidate over the subject
Keep record of daily class attendance & monitor class progress
Effective delivery of training both theoretical and practical.
Ensuring the 100% attendance of the batch
Ensuring the optimum number of passing percentage
Taking effective participation in placement.
Guide mobilizers for the right candidate.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge and Ability to use different training methodologies aligned with the profile Presentable, Motivator
Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques
An ability to manage the full training cycle
