Responsibilities –
1. Training Delivery:
- Curriculum Instruction: Deliver comprehensive training on the components, installation, and maintenance of solar LED lighting systems. This includes teaching the fundamentals of solar energy, LED technology, and system integration.
- Theoretical and Practical Lessons: Provide both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, ensuring that candidates understand the working principles and application of solar LED systems.
2. Hands-On Training:
- Practical Sessions: Conduct hands-on training sessions where candidates learn to install, configure, and maintain solar LED systems. This includes working with solar panels, batteries, charge controllers, and LED lights.
- Real-World Scenarios: Simulate real-world scenarios to help candidates gain experience in troubleshooting common issues and performing routine maintenance.
3. Safety and Compliance:
