We are looking for a Female Tele Caller cum Counselor Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to counsel and guide potential clients/students. This role involves making outbound calls, handling inquiries, and assisting individuals in making informed decisions about our services/courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients/students and follow up on inquiries.
  • Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information about our services/courses.
  • Counsel potential clients/students based on their needs and interests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leads to ensure conversions.
  • Maintain records of conversations and update the database regularly.
  • Follow up with interested candidates to maximize engagement.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.

Requirements:

  • Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence and persuasive ability.
  • Good listening skills and a problem-solving approach.
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Customer-focused mindset with a polite and professional attitude.
  • Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or counseling (preferred but not mandatory).
