Salary – 4k + incentive
Laptop Mandatory
Role:
Calling customers regarding placement and explaining our customer service. Contact with customers will mostly be over the phone.
Make Success call and comprehend customers’ interests/necessities in a logical form and handover to Partner to close lead.
Previous experience in Customer Success/Customer Care/Customer Support, outbound voice process with 6 month of work minimum experience in a multi-language setup.
Good in English, and Hindi.
Pleasant and strong customer orientation
Should have a laptop and android smartphone.
Any Graduate or Under Graduate (with strong communication skills) with relevant Exp in
Outbound calls, tele sales roles.
Job Role: The candidate has to call on the data given by company and explain about our service.
