Job Summary:
The Vice Principal will assist the Principal in managing the overall administration, academic excellence, discipline, and smooth functioning of the school. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive learning environment and effective school operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Academic Leadership
- Supervise and support teachers in curriculum implementation and lesson planning.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning, ensuring high academic standards.
- Coordinate with the Principal to plan and implement academic policies and new initiatives.
- Assist in the development of lesson plans, assessments, and student progress tracking.
2. School Administration & Operations
- Assist in managing school operations, including scheduling, timetables, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with educational policies, accreditation standards, and safety regulations.
- Oversee the maintenance of school infrastructure and coordinate with the administrative team.
- Support the implementation of school improvement programs and initiatives.
3. Student Affairs & Discipline
- Maintain discipline within the school and address student behavioral concerns.
- Implement and enforce school rules, policies, and disciplinary procedures.
- Work with teachers, parents, and counselors to support student development and well-being.
- Oversee student attendance, punctuality, and academic progress.
4. Staff Management & Development
- Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions for professional development.
- Act as a mentor and guide for teachers, helping them improve their teaching methodologies.
- Encourage teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
5. Parental & Community Engagement
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress, concerns, and school activities.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings and encourage parental involvement in school initiatives.
- Represent the school in community events and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
6. Extracurricular & Co-curricular Activities
- Support the planning and execution of extracurricular activities, sports, and cultural events.
- Encourage student participation in competitions, clubs, and leadership programs.
- Work closely with activity coordinators to create a balanced school experience for students.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in teaching and school administration.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle conflict resolution and student discipline effectively.
- Proficiency in technology and school management software.
- Experience in curriculum development and teacher training is preferred.

Pay: From ₹80,000.00 per month
