D. Payments

You will be charged as indicated by the Site.

By providing your credit card, bank account, or other payment method information to skillnaukri.com, you authorize skillnaukri.com to charge or debit that payment method for fees owed to skillnaukri.com for services purchased, pursuant to the terms associated with any skillnaukri.com service you are using and any other agreement with skillnaukri.com for purchase of services.

By providing your bank account information and signing up for direct debits from skillnaukri.com, you authorize skillnaukri.com to use ACH to debit the bank account specified for any amount owed for charges arising from your use of skillnaukri.com services and/or purchase of products from skillnaukri.com, pursuant to these terms, until this authorization is revoked.

Advertising

Advertising you purchase may be measured by clicks, RSVPs, applies, impressions, or a subscription or platform fee. Charges are solely based on skillnaukri.com measurements (such as click count). skillnaukri.com measurements (such as click count) shall be binding. skillnaukri.com measurements may be derived from data from third-party vendors, such as publishers.

Subscriptions

Details regarding the subscription or plan are available on the Site at the time of purchase. If you purchase a subscription plan, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription will automatically renew and skillnaukri.com will charge you on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription plan and such cancellation goes into effect, which may not be until the next billing cycle. AMOUNTS FOR FUTURE PREPAID UNUSED BILLING CYCLES MAY RESULT IN A PRORATED REFUND OF THE UNUSED BILLING CYCLES, WHICH SHALL BE DETERMINED IN SKILLNAUKRI.COM SOLE DISCRETION. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period.

Billing Policies

Invoices may be provided to you via electronic mail, unless otherwise specified by skillnaukri.com. To the extent permitted by law, if you have an unpaid or outstanding invoice or account balance for any skillnaukri.com product, skillnaukri.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your use of that skillnaukri.com product as well as any other skillnaukri.com product, including but not limited to those skillnaukri.com products where you do not have an unpaid invoice or account balance. You waive all claims relating to charges unless claimed within 120 days after the charge (this does not affect your credit card or bank account dispute rights).

Refund Policies

Payments for the services offered by skillnaukri.com shall be on a 100% advance basis. The payment for service once subscribed to by the subscriber is not refundable and any amount paid shall stand appropriated. Refund if any will be at the sole discretion of skillnaukri.com (RV Groups India). skillnaukri.com (RV Groups India) offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts. skillnaukri.com (RV Groups India) gives no guarantees of server uptime or applications working properly. All is on a best effort basis and liability is limited to refund of amount only. skillnaukri.com (RV Groups India) undertakes no liability for free services. skillnaukri.com (RV Groups India) reserves its right to amend / alter or change all or any disclaimers or terms of agreements at any time without any prior notice. All terms / disclaimers whether specifically mentioned or not shall be deemed to be included if any reference is made to them.

Refund in failed transactions through skillnaukri.com (RV Groups India)payment reconciliation team works on a 24 x 7 basis, skillnaukri.com (RV Groups India) offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts. This is on account of the multiplicity of organizations involved in processing of online transactions, the problems with Internet infrastructure currently available and working days/holidays of financial institutions.

Refunds in the event of wrong/objectionable content being posted on the site would be at the discretion of skillnaukri.com (RV Groups India).

Taxes

Charges are exclusive of all taxes and VAT. You are responsible for all taxes as applicable and appropriate. You are responsible for paying (y) all taxes and government charges, and (z) reasonable expenses and attorney fees skillnaukri.com incurs collecting late amounts. All withholding tax remittances to the government are your sole responsibility and skillnaukri.com shall have no liability whatsoever therefor.
